Both Bill Hadley and Bill Kitchens have always loved to write. Writing intelligence analysis was a major feature of Dr. Hadley’s CIA work and his post-CIA retirement responsibilities with a British defense industry company. Bill Kitchens enjoyed a 40 year career as an elementary school teacher, in the course of which he published four books for children. Both Bills very much want to continue their writing in retirement and see Legacy Publications as the vehicle by which they can do so.
